"What pathetic service that I have to put up with. Love how you guys charge me 200% more of what I was typically paying right after the holidays. Then charges my card the second time, causing a second returned payment and now my rates are all screwed. Then something as important and urgent as trying to pay my bills, the option of paying it wasn't present and it took you guys a few days to answer back? Thanks for being such an inconvenience."

"I am retracting my good review and replacing it with a bad one. I’ve had State Farm for literally less than 2 months. They have already HARASSED me over payments (once it took my bank a day to process it so they called me , texted me, emailed me, multiple times and told me I never paid my bill and charged me extra fees. They didn’t fix their mistake or even acknowledge it, their customer service is terrible. Lindsay literally just agrued with me back and forth via email…. I spend SO MUCH MONEY A YEAR on car insurance to be treated this badly , harassed and for them to not even say hey that’s was a mistake. I haven’t even had to deal with an actual claim yet this is how I’m treated. I will be cancelling my insurance here because they have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY ARE GREEDY. It’s Christmas and now I’m dealing with them taking EXTRA MONEY THAT I DO NOT OWE THEM during Christmas. So thank you State Farm, I will be struggling to eat the next few weeks over this. Thanks."

"I want to preface this with the staff has been super nice, but besides that this has been without a doubt the worst insurance experience of my life. After shopping around for a new policy State Farm has the best rates and I wanted to try and keep it local. They were glad to quote me for a year, take my money and even I even got a renters policy. Fast forward a month later and I’m told after I’ve already been quoted and paid for the first month I’m told my deductible and monthly payment is going up substantially and there’s nothing I can do about it. Offer me one thing and a month later that offer goes in the trash. Really felt swindled by State Farm and this office. Should have just stayed with my previous insurance company. Added on: After hours and hours talking to customer service nothing has changed. After the first month State Farm underwriting increased my premium and deductible substantially to the point where I lost money by switching to State Farm. Stay far away More add on: Even after screwing me with the most bait and switch scam I’ve ever experienced they are still trying to charge me for a renters insurance. The worst insurance experience of my life stay far away Still calling me years later trying to sell me insurance after this debacle"

Also, Stat Farm doesn’t force certain deductibles so that doesn’t make sense either. It sounds like you liked my staff but not State Farm. This page is for my specific office.
