"Stephanie was a doll but so far I'm not impressed with anything else . My account was double billed ,cant access my account to print my policy or sign my docs. Thank God I haven't canceled my old insurance because it would be hard to prove I had any other then temporarily I.d. cards that I have to print out separately and waste paper because of the way it was sent."
